Need something fun to do after school on Mondays? Join this festive group for games, crafts, stories and library laughs. After School Program with Aquatic Biologist, Jon Ewert

Jon Ewert, local aquatic biologist with Colorado Parks and Wildlife, will present a display in the Urban Community Meeting Room explaining how science-based fisheries management takes place in Grand County rivers and lakes.  All ages are welcome to this special event!

Ski Film Festival - "Legends of American Skiing"

Come for a FREE screening of the unique historical film  "Legends of American Skiing" introduced by guest speaker Tim Nicklas.

 Produced and directed by Richard W. Moulton, this documentary is a ski history landmark. A masterful blend of oral histories, authentic film footage, and narrative tell the fascinating story of skiing from the California gold camps through the rise of Ski Jumping to the birth of Alpine. A magical trip back to the first days of skiing in America which preserves the memories, stories and spirit of the pioneers who lived it.
