Can I check out a DVD player?

  • Yes! DVD players are available to check out.
  • You may put one on hold to pick up at any branch.
  • You must return the DVD player to the branch your borrowed it from.
  • Please do not put DVD players in any of the drop boxes.

Do the libraries have MP3 players?

All five branches of the Grand County Library District loan MP3 players. The kit inclues 1 MP3 player, 1 set of earbuds and 1 extra battery. We also loan pre-loaded MP3 players called "PlayAways." These devices are available in the library catalog and check out for 3 weeks.

What is "check out the music program?"

In 2006, a unique partnership began between the Grand County Library District and the Grand County Blues Society. Together, the organizations dreamed the "Check Out the Music Program," which provides guitars, basses, keyboards, and drumpads for check out. Read more »
