Capacity: 52 Amenities: kitchen, projector, projection screen, small speaker, tables, chairs, wireless Internet access Availability: 8 am to 9 pm 7 days a week Room Description: The Fraser Valley Library Urban Community Meeting Room is available to the public for meetings. The meetings must be FREE and OPEN to the general public. Requirements:

• Meetings must be FREE and OPEN to the general public
• Deposit required ($50 for general use only / $250 for projection equipment & room use together)
• Paperwork must be completed prior to the day of the meeting
• GCLD library card

Please print out the attached room reservation documents and either mail, fax or drop them by the Fraser Valley Library.
