Starry Night - more information

In July 2010, Isabel was climbing an ice-face in the Bolivian Andes with Peter Wiesenekker. But then Peter slipped, causing both climbers to fall 1100 ft.  Both of them miraculously survived the fall but were severely injured. Isabel decided to make her bet on life and spent two days dragging herself over the glacier. Isabel underwent 14 surgeries and continues to climb, even though she often has to use crutches to do so.
