Historical Character Program
Dave Naples brings late 19th century-early 20th century Denver business man David Moffat to life. Naples' interest in trains has prepared him well to portray this early railroad tycoon who was responsible for the development of the Middle Park area. Naples came to the Fraser Valley several years back from North Carolina by way of Wyoming. He is the president of Grand County Characters, as well as a railroad historian and the president of the Grand County Model Railroad Club.
