Introducing Shoutbomb Text Messaging

Did you know you can renew library materials and get information about your books on hold via text message? Through the Marmot Library Network, the Grand County Library District has provided a text messaging service for some time. We have recently switched to a new text messaging provider called 'Shoutbomb' that saves the district money, and offers more extensive features!

Grand County Community of Writers

The Grand County Library District is pleased to share the latest information about the one-of-a-kind writing program designed to encourage and develop the skills of local storytellers interested in producing works of both fiction and nonfiction.

Martin Smith will conduct a series of four weekly non-fiction workshops at the Granby branch in October designed to help nonfiction writers produce strong narrative journalism, personal essays, and memoir in the most compelling way possible.

2016 GCLD Ballot Question

And that's not to mention access to online learning resources like Mango Languages or, where you can learn an immense variety of languages and skills.
