Kim has been a Grand County Resident since 1998 and on the GCLD board since 2011. She worked with the State of Colorado as a Budget and Policy Analyst at the Department of Human Services 2003-2010 and as an Associate Manager at the Department of Human Services 1997-2003. Kim has three years of experience as Senior Legislative Analyst on the Joint Budget Committee. She has three children in the East Grand school system.

Ann W. Douden's career has been conceiving, designing, and illustrating publications and ephemora. As manager of the graphics department of the Denver Museum of Nature & Science was successful at spearheading their book publishing program. Currently she is packagin books for a variety of publishers and organizations with emphasis on nonprofits with coservation missions such as Cloud Ridge Naturalists, Denver Botanic Gardens and Project WET. A longtime Eskimo Club ski instructor, she and her husband Rich Messer live "as greenly as possible" in their second paper bale home.

Nancy Knoohuizen and her husband have owned a house in Grand County for 18 years and have lived here full-time since 2008. Her extensive work experience ranges from volunteering for the Peace Corp in Addis Ababa through managment of non-proits, consulting in marketing and grand writing to representing Grand County on the Victims Compensation Board for the 14th Judicial Court. Nancy has a MBA from Yale School of Organization and Managment and is a Doctor of Philosophy in Human and Organizational Systems.

Roxane White has lived in Grand County since 1970. She has over thirty years of experience teaching in the West Grand School District and although recenty retired, continues to subsitute in the schools. In 2011 Roxane was awarded Citizen of the Year by the West Grand Community Educational Foundation, for her many years of volunteer work and contribution to the Kremmling Community.
Leslie Crosby, District 3, Served since 2015

Leslie Crosby (retired) has 20 years of teaching experience with the West Grand School District. As a community volunteer she has been involved with a range of initiatives including: 4-H, hospital and library fundraisers, library guest presenter and the Grand Community Gardens. She has assisted with election campaigns, and is a frequent Division of Wildlife volunteer. Leslie serves as an English/Spanish translator for Northwest Colorado BOCES.
Sally Leclair, District 1, Served since 2016

Sally Leclair graduated from the University of Maine, where she met her husband, Art. She raised a son and daughter on the coast of Penobscot Bay, in beautiful Belfast, Maine. After a career in elementary education as a teacher and principal, retirement brought Sally to Grand County. She has lived in the Fraser Valley permanently since 2015.

Mary Chance has been a resident of Grand County since 2013. She is a cataloger for the McCracken Research Library and graduate student at the School of Library and Information Science at Wayne State University in Detroit Michigan.
