Position Details:

Library Associate at Fraser Valley Library

  • Are you looking for an engaging, social connection to your community? Look no further than public service within your local library branch. 
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge in the following areas: customer service, technology, and multi-tasking with frequent interruption. 
  • GCLD is seeking a library associate for 38 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday.
  • Starting pay at $21.00 hourly with potential increase after 90 days.

Full and/or part time time clerk

Position Details:

Library Clerk needed

  • GCLD is seeking a library clerk for 36+ hours per week or 2 part-time positions for flexibility. Hourly pay begins at $17.00 with possible increase upon successful 90 day review.

Full-time position in maintenance

Position Details:

Facilities Associate-year round, full-time

  • GCLD is seeking a full-time facilities associate for 36+ hours per week. Hourly pay begins at $21.00 and may increase after 90 days.
  • Benefits include insurances, paid time off, and retirement matching. 
  • The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge in facility and equipment maintenance and repairs including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and painting. 
  • Must have ability to pass a background check and travel to all 6 library facilities, position is based out of Granby.
