Per Grand County Public Health recommendations, we ask our patrons to follow two out of the three protective factors for our community: wear a maks, social distance, or be outdoors.

Recommended Meeting Room max capacity numbers:

  • Granby: 19
  • Fraser Valley Library: 13
  • Kremmling Library: 6

Study room space is free, and meeting rooms at Fraser Valley Library, Granby Library, and Kremmling Library may be reserved for a 4-hour period. Starting January 1, 2020, no reservation fee is required. Both study rooms and meeting rooms are available to the community on an “equitable basis regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting their use” (Library Bill of Rights, Article 6).

Meeting Room Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting rooms are available between the hours of 7 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week and may be reserved between 48 hours and up to 60 days in advance.

Requirements to Reserve a Room Online:

Within 48 hours prior to using a meeting room, it is necessary to meet with a librarian during regular library hours to review room access and furniture/equipment location. Without this walk through meeting, you may not have access to the room.

Study Room Reservations are accepted at the Kremmling Library and the Juniper Library. All other study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Study rooms are only available during open hours.
